Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 4, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”) was a person who is engaged in driving of Cuba vehicle, driving the above vehicle at around 18:30 on September 4, 2015, and driving the 1-2 road on his/her behalf on the side of the two-way way to drive the vehicle on his/her behalf.

In this case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle and prevent the accident by driving the motor vehicle in advance, such as driving the motor vehicle with a view to the traffic situation and accurately manipulating the steering and brakes.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so while under the influence of alcohol content 0.109% in blood, and neglected to do so, the part of the victim D ( South, 38 years old) who stopped on the right side of the Defendant’s running direction was shocked into the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle’s driving direction.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the injury to the victim D by such occupational negligence in light of the following: (a) the victim of the victimized vehicle, and the victim F (V, 6 years old); (b) the victim of the victimized vehicle (V, 6 years old); and (c) the victim G (V) the victim of the victimized vehicle (V, 8 years old) who was in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment; and (d) the victim of the victimized vehicle (V, 8 years old) the victim of the victimized vehicle suffered from the injury, such as dystrophal stroke, which requires approximately

On September 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.109% from the blood alcohol concentration at approximately 20km section from the cross-consular distance from the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun to the same distance from the cross-consular distance.
