1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each money stated in the "official fees" in the attached Table 2 attached hereto and each of them on June 11, 2016.

1. Details of ruling;
(a) Business approval and public notice - Business name: G Housing redevelopment and rearrangement project (hereinafter “instant project”) - Project implementer: Defendant - Public notice of project implementation authorization on April 26, 2012: H public notice of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on April 26, 2012
(b) Decision on expropriation made by the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Local Expropriation Committee on April 22, 2016 - The date of expropriation: Land and obstacles listed in attached Table 1 (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”) owned by the Plaintiffs, and the land and obstacles in attached Table 1, which are owned by the Plaintiffs (hereinafter referred to as “instant land” and “land and obstacles in this case are condominium buildings” - Compensation amount: An appraisal corporation - An appraisal corporation that erases the amount of adjudication on expropriation in attached Table 2: An appraisal corporation and an appraisal corporation that is the same.

2. The assertion and judgment
A. The compensation should be calculated according to the court's appraisal result regarding the land and obstacles of the plaintiffs' assertion, so the defendant should pay the difference between the appraisal result and the plaintiffs' appraisal result.

C. 1) The instant land is located near the subway J station in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the K Station in the vicinity of the instant land, and the existing housing zone and some of the main districts are formed around the riverside with neighborhood living facilities and the rear side.
B. The instant land can be substituted by vehicle access.
