A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 4, 2014, the Defendant was working as the head of the department in charge of certification in D, Inc., a company manufacturing and selling medical devices operated by the Victim C (50 years of age). On January 4, 2014, the Defendant was willing to attract money by threatening North Korea, which was in the office of the said company, to discover the sexually related video of the victim.

Around January 7, 2014, the Defendant left the office of the above company located in Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, stating that “I will grant the annual salary of KRW 60 million to the victim, she will spread the sexually related video pictures.” On January 10, 2014, the Defendant sent a text message to the victim by sending it to the victim’s mobile phone at a place where it is impossible to be known on or around January 10, 2014, “the family shall be treated as a precious law, and shall no longer interfere with it.”

As the victim did not respond to his own request, on January 25, 2014, the Defendant sent two photographs to the victim by sending the victim’s sexually related images to the victim’s e-mail by sending two photographs to the victim, as the title “Surg Surgs v. On February 10, 2014, the defendant continued to put in two copies of the victim's sexually related dynamic images at the head office of Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, and in two copies of the victim's sexually related dynamic images, one of the two pages is stated as "second-stage beginning", and the addressee is sent to the victim as the victim, and the other is one.
