1. The Defendant’s change of the representative of January 11, 2015 and February 15, 2015, and the resolution of dismissal of a fence, respectively, are null and void.

On January 4, 2015, the chairperson announced the joint council meeting on the "case of the dismissal of a standing tree or the change of the representative". On January 11, 2015, the branch of the church held a joint council at the church meeting on January 11, 2015 and confirmed the decision on dismissal of the plaintiff with the consent of 57 members present, and passed a resolution to appoint D as a new standing tree.
