Details of the disposition

The purpose of the Plaintiff is software development and consultation, maintenance and repair service of computer-related peripheral devices, computer network business, etc.

On March 2, 2015, the Defendant announced the announcement of the following contents concerning the integrated maintenance and repair services of the Gu Library Computer System in March 2, 2015:

2. 유지보수 일반사항 Ο 계약업체는 과업지시서 내용을 수행 할 프로젝트 총괄책임자(PM)를 지정하고, PM의 책임 하에 과업을 성실히 수행하여야 한다.

Ο 계약업체는 과업지시서 내용을 차질 없이 이행할 수 있는 숙련된 기술요원으로 유지보수팀을 구성하고 금천구립도서관의 승인을 받아야 한다.

Ο 유지보수는 1일 24시간 365일 연중무휴 지원하는 것을 원칙으로 한다.

Ⅲ Terms of contract;
