A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person shall report or apply any false fact with respect to a resident registration or resident registration certificate that violates the Resident Registration Act;

Accordingly, the Defendant reported false facts on the resident registration.

On October 21, 2015, the Defendant made a false move-in report, as if he/she resides in “I” in the office of H-Myeon Office of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

Accordingly, the Defendant reported false facts on the resident registration.

(d)

On January 13, 2016, the J-dong Office of the P-Si of Pakistan made a false move-in report as if he/she were residing in K201 at the P-dong Office of the P-Si of Pakistan.

Accordingly, the Defendant reported false facts on the resident registration.

2. On January 28, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the performance of a deceptive scheme’s official duties is placed in custody by using an emergency call function after removing the chip of the cell phone owned by the Defendant and changing the establishment into “flight chip” in front of the Echeon-si Library located in the 81-gil-ro, Leecheon-si, Leecheon-si. In order to avoid tracking the location of the mobile phone, the Defendant is placed in custody.
