A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 13, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) at around 15:16, the Defendant driven B 2 km in a section of about 2 km from the street in front of the 334 large-water purification mountain at the center of the city in the south of the city in the south of the river to the front of the 54 non-exclusive apartment at the 54m-dong, Namsan-do.
