On the same day, the Defendants entered into a trust agreement with Q and sales management trust (hereinafter “instant trust agreement”).

B. The instant agency contract and the instant trust agreement concluded between Q and the instant trust agreement with the Plaintiff and the instant trust agreement include the following:
