Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a business owner who performs commercial sex acts under the trade name of "E by hiring women of commercial sex acts," and Defendant B and C are employees of the above business establishment, who are engaged in commercial sex acts, and F is employed by the above business establishment, and F is a person who engages in commercial sex acts under employment of the above business establishment.

1. From April 30, 2013 to May 9, 2013, Defendant A: (a) kept in four rooms of the foregoing business establishment; (b) opened water shoots, cremations, and red sea booms, etc. necessary for bed and sexual intercourses; (c) directed unspecified male customers, who are women engaged in sexual traffic, on the Internet’s website and street, to find an advertisement of a master-scam booming on the street; and (d) directed them to a room in which they are engaged in sexual traffic; and (e) provided them with an advertisement of a master-scam biring on the street, which is located in the Internet’s site and street; and (e) provided them with a room in which they have sexual intercourses for one-hours.

2. Defendants B and C committed an act of arranging sexual traffic, such as providing guidance to a room in which a woman is waiting to engage in sexual traffic in return for the price for sexual traffic, and providing guidance to a room in which a woman is waiting to engage in sexual traffic, under the employment of Defendant A, who is the owner of a sexual traffic business, to receive KRW 1.2 million and KRW 1.3 million, respectively.
