1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 50,000,000 won and the period from August 6, 2016 to December 20, 2016.

According to Gap evidence No. 1, it is recognized that the Defendants borrowed KRW 50 million from the Plaintiff on May 4, 2016 as of August 5, 2016 and agreed to jointly repay it.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 50 million won and 5% per annum as prescribed by the Civil Act from August 6, 2016 to December 20, 2016, which the Plaintiff seeks from August 6, 2016, and Defendant B, from March 9, 2017, after serving a copy of the complaint, and Defendant C, from January 10, 2017 to the day of full payment, are obligated to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from January 10, 2017 to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is accepted.
