1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 22,711,80 and Defendant B with respect thereto from April 21, 2015, and Defendant C with respect thereto.

In addition to the purport of the entire argument in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 22,711,80 of the goods price and the amount of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from April 21, 2015 following the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case to the above Defendant, and Defendant C is jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from April 4, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
