A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 25, 2009, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract for insurance products with the Korea-Japan Damage Insurance Co., Ltd. (State fire at the time), and with the monthly insurance commission 57,010 (free) (hereinafter “The Medical Insurance Act 0901”). Around March 30, 2011, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract for insurance products with respect to the insurance products, i.e., the Medical Insurance Act 0901; and (ii) around March 30, 201, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract for insurance products, i.e., non-paid Samsung Disaster Insurance and the monthly insurance commission 28,450.

On April 10, 2015, the Defendant issued a written diagnosis of injury to the effect that a traffic accident that occurred while driving a rocketing car in a tunnel in a special autonomous city of Sejong around April 10, 2015, and received the insurance money by claiming insurance money by attaching the written diagnosis of the injury to each of the above insurance companies.

Accordingly, on February 6, 2017, the Defendant visited the rehabilitation department of the C hospital located in Daejeon at Daejeon on or around February 6, 2017, and the above traffic accident was a minor accident. Accordingly, the Defendant did not incur any injury to the lower half of the Defendant, and he/she could start the bridge on his/her own, and despite the fact that he/she can walk alone, the above rehabilitation department D professor cannot walk without stick or walking aids due to the traffic accident that occurred on or around April 10, 2015, and issued a certificate of disability diagnosis after stating that “I will not walk without walking or walking aids,” and that I would be issued the above D around February 22, 2017.

2. On February 28, 2017, the Defendant violated the Special Act on the Prevention of Fraud in Insurance Insurance against Samsung T&T Insurance for the Victims (State) submitted a false statement to the doctor in charge as above in the office of the victim's 14-3 floor of the Nam-dong, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, the 960 Yan Cultural Center, and submitted a certificate of disability after being issued. On March 17, 2017, the Defendant submitted a false statement to the doctor in charge, and submitted a certificate of disability to check the Defendant's condition on or around March 17, 2017.
