1. Basic facts

2. The plaintiff's assertion and judgment

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion that the instant accident occurred due to the Defendant’s negligence on the front part of the Plaintiff’s vehicle as the driver of the vehicle, who was to turn to the left in the direction of the intersection due to left-hand turn, was negligent in performing the duty of front-hand care and was due to the Defendant’s total negligence. However, as the Plaintiff paid KRW 1,015,80 according to the erroneous decision of the committee for deliberation on indemnity disputes, the Defendant is liable to return the above unjust enrichment and the damages for delay.
