A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person who violates the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act shall carry any deadly weapon or other dangerous articles that are likely to be used for a crime prescribed by the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act without justifiable grounds;
On December 14, 2015, at around 16:50 on December 14, 2015, the Defendant kept the transition, which is a lethal weapon ( approximately 21cm in length on the blade, approximately 34cm in total length), in order to inflict harm on the other party to the transaction, by a vehicle operated by the Defendant in front of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, DK7 passenger car.
As a result, the defendant carried a deadly weapon that is likely to be used for crimes under the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act without any justifiable reason.
2. No person who violates the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry shall exchange, arrange for exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water;
On January 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) connected to the Defendant’s house located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) advertised to sell the game items, items, etc. using a mobile phone purchased by the Defendant; (c) sent the game item to a person who uses the ID, “G” in which the Defendant reported and contacted the advertisement; and (d) received KRW 32,000 in return, from that time to December 7, 2015, the Defendant sold game items, game money, etc. over 96 times in total, and received KRW 8,132,300 in return, from that time to December 7, 2015, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
Accordingly, the defendant was a business to exchange tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water.
