1. Defendant A’s imprisonment for one year, Defendant B’s fine of one million won, Defendant C’s fine of six million won, and Defendant D.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On April 20, 201, at the end of 20:0, the Defendant: (a) provided the Defendant with cash 150,000 won to K (n, L, and 14 years old at the time) children and juveniles in his/her family room located in Jel number I at Hopo City I; and (b) provided the Defendant with sexual intercourse at 2:1.
B. At early May 21, 201, the Defendant provided the Defendant with KRW 150,00 in cash to the above K, who is a child or juvenile, at the above Jel No. K room (at that time 14 years old), and provided sexual intercourse.
C. Around 20:00 on November 16, 2012, the Defendant provided the Defendant with cash of KRW 100,000 to the above K, a child or juvenile, at an Ocom Number Mosing room located N at M, and provided sexual intercourse. D.
At around 20:00 on November 20, 2012, the Defendant provided the Defendant with KRW 100,000 in cash to the above K who is a child or juvenile (at that time 1.5 years of age) in a family room with the above Otel number 10,000 and provided sexual intercourse.
E. At around 23:00 on November 22, 2012, the Defendant provided 100,000 won in cash to the above K, who is a child or juvenile, at the heading room with the above OM number 23:00, and provided sexual intercourse.
F. Around May 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) provided cash 100,000 won to the said K, who is a child or juvenile, at the heading room of the Pelel number I located in Sinpo City I; and (b) provided sexual intercourse.
G. On July 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00, Qtel 714 in Qtel 714 in Qtel-gun, Nannam-gun, Seoul, sent KRW 100,000 in cash to the said K, a child or youth (at that time, 16:00 won in cash); and
H. At around 23:00 on July 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) provided the said K, a child or juvenile, KRW 100,00 in cash, to the said K, a child or juvenile, and provided sexual intercourses.
I. On July 20, 2013, the Defendant sent 100,000 won in cash to the above K, who is a child or juvenile, (16 years of age at the time) and provided sexual intercourses.
As a result, the defendant had engaged in buying sex of children and juveniles on nine occasions.
2. Defendant D
A. On November 201, 2012, the Defendant is a child or juvenile at the heading room of the Ocom No. N at the time of Mapopopo-si around 22:00, the Defendant is a child or juvenile.
