1. Around 16:00 on December 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered the main points of “F” operated by the victim E (n, 54 years of age) in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City; (b) sought complaints from the victim’s main points of October 28, 2014 to the amount of a fine of KRW 500,00 due to the crime of causing property damage by telephone, weather, etc.; and (c) sound the victim as “the fine has been imposed on behalf of the party due to the party; (d) the Defendant paid the fine on behalf of the party; and (e) took the model that the Defendant brought up on the main points; and (e) took the Defendant’s actions by having the customers out of the said main points; and (e) interfered with the victim’s business by force for about 30 minutes.

3. Around December 7, 2014, the Defendant, at around 04:30 on December 7, 2014, assaulted the victim’s hair at one time by gathering plastic straws on the top of the victim’s K (18 years of age) in front of the J cafeteria located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.

4. 상해 피고인은 2014. 12. 9. 09:10경 인천 남동구 L에 있는 피해자 M(54세)이 운영하는 N 고물상에서 폐지를 뒤져 신문지를 가져가려 하였으나 피해자로부터 제지당하자 갑자기 욕설을 하면서 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴과 몸을 수회 때리고, 같은 날 11:10경 인천 남동구 남동대로 668에 있는 인천남동경찰서 형사당직실에서 피해내용을 진술하기 위하여 의자에 앉아있는 피해자의 머리를 주먹으로 1회 때리고, 계속하여 같은 날 11:25경 위 형사당직실에서 피해내용을 진술하고 있는 피해자의 등을 발로 1회 걷어찼다.
