Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 25, 2014, at around 00:09, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, driving a ecoos car at B on May 25, 2014, and driving a two-lane road in front of the YY-gun, Busan, the captain of the Dong-gun, according to one-lane gymnasium. Since it is at night at the time, the Defendant had a duty of care to safely proceed with the vehicle driving by reducing speed and accurately operating the steering direction and brake devices.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to properly operate the steering gear, and caused the Victim P.E. Protective walls, etc., which were installed in the center line, to be set up in front of the left-hand side of the said car, and damaged 1,064,000 won in total of the market price, 5 and a fire-fighting one.

2. The Defendant, as described in paragraph (1), did not immediately stop the traffic accident and take necessary measures.

3. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

The Defendant operated a passenger car specified in Paragraph 1, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.
