Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2014, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) on the acquisition of a CDap car (hereinafter “instant car”) which owns a “B”) from a person who has no name in his/her name,” at the Seocho-si, 2014, to 3.5 million won, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds.

2. Around 18:00 on August 12, 2014, the Defendant driven the instant car without a vehicle driver’s license, which approximately KRW 150 meters on the roads near the new world department store located in the west-gu Busan Shipping Daegu.

3. While the Defendant is prohibited from operating a vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance for violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, the Defendant operated the instant vehicle without mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (2).
