1. As to the Seoul Central District Court’s distribution procedure case, the Defendant is among the distribution schedule prepared on November 17, 2017 by the said court.

Basic Facts
Plaintiff A’s claim against Plaintiff M Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nonindicted Co., Ltd.”) filed a lawsuit against Nonparty Co., Ltd. for payment of the purchase price, etc. with Seoul Western District Court Decision 2012Da54495, Mar. 22, 2013, the judgment was rendered on March 22, 2013 that “the Nonparty Co., Ltd. shall pay to the said Plaintiff the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from November 22, 2012 to the date of full payment,” and the said judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

The Plaintiff B filed a lawsuit against the Nonparty Company as Seoul Central District Court 2012Ga103085, and was sentenced on June 21, 2013 to “the Nonparty Company shall pay to the Plaintiff 478,955,400 won, and 6% per annum from November 22, 2012 to June 21, 2013, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.” The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

C The Plaintiff C filed a lawsuit against the non-party company as Seoul Central District Court 2013Gahap5270, the Seoul Central District Court rendered a judgment on June 27, 2013 that “the non-party company shall pay to the said Plaintiff 76,128,520 won and the interest rate of 20% per annum from March 1, 2013 to the day of complete payment” and the above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

The Plaintiff D’s claim against the non-party company as Seoul Central District Court Decision 2013Da122970 Decided June 20, 2013, the Seoul Central District Court rendered a judgment that “the non-party company shall pay to the said Plaintiff 237,907,000 won and interest calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from November 16, 2012 to the date of full payment,” and the above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

E The Plaintiff E filed a claim for the price of goods with the Seoul Central District Court 2013Ga7306, and the non-party company on April 26, 2013 was 260,257,616 won against the said Plaintiff.
