Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 1, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents: (i) on December 1, 2012, the Defendant: (ii) stated C’s personal information in the applicant column of the application form for Hyundai Capital Heavy Loan Loan that had been arbitrarily owned without C’s consent, stated C’s personal information in the applicant column of the printed application form; (iii) affixed C’s seal without C’s consent.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the application for the loan of modern capital in the name of Hyundai Capital C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the above date and place, submitted one copy of the application for the loan of modern Capital, which was forged and used as if it were duly formed, to a non-employee of the Co., Ltd. who was aware of the forgery at the above time and place.

3. Although the Defendant did not have consented to the medium-sized loan by C, the Defendant forged the application for the medium-sized loan loan in the name of Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd., as if C consented, and concealed it in spite that it was not for the purpose of actual operation by purchasing a medium-sized vehicle, but for the purpose of financing funds by lending the type of financial loan on an automobile. Accordingly, the Defendant entered into a loan agreement with the victim on the condition that D would make repayment at a rate of 23.9% per annum on December 1, 2012, and received KRW 26.8 million from the victim.
