Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) connected three strings using a string box with a height of approximately 4.5m high on concrete roads located in Cheongju-gu C and D, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, and D; (b) connected three strings using a string gun, and (c) obstructed traffic by fixing a board panel with a word “Prohibition of Access” on the remaining strings.
