Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a DNA motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.146% from the section of approximately 2 km to the 2km-gu Seoul Special Self-Governing Province from the front day of the Red Dine cafeteria, Hong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the front day of the Gondo Gondo-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro 225.

2. The defendant is a person engaged in driving a passenger car as specified in paragraph (1).

The Defendant driven the car at the time and time specified in paragraph (1) and driven the F-Road E in front of the front city at the end of the entire week along two-lane distance from the side of the Asia.
