1. Defendant A and Defendant B jointly and severally filed against the Plaintiff KRW 547,445,910 and KRW 255,817,59 among them.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. 1) Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) entered into a credit guarantee agreement
(3) The Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s credit guarantee agreement (hereinafter “each credit guarantee agreement”) refers to the instant 1 credit guarantee agreement, “the instant 2 credit guarantee agreement,” and “the instant 3 credit guarantee agreement,” as indicated below:
(2) Upon entering into a credit guarantee agreement, the Defendant Company agreed to pay the Plaintiff the principal of the loan and interest on behalf of the Plaintiff when the Plaintiff subrogated for the principal and interest of the loan to a lending institution. Defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant Company’s obligation under each credit guarantee agreement of this case to the Plaintiff on February 1, 2011. On June 13, 2012, the credit guarantee term principal of the credit guarantee agreement of this case was 25,000,000,000 won, and the credit guarantee agreement of this case was 20,000,000 won on June 12, 2017, 2017, and each of the credit guarantee agreements of this case was entered into between the Plaintiff and the Bank of Korea on October 20, 2014 (hereinafter “Industrial Bank of Korea”) and each of the following credit guarantee agreements between the Plaintiff and the Bank of Korea on June 16, 200, respectively.

B. The Defendant Company, including the occurrence of indemnity bonds, caused a credit guarantee accident on October 7, 2014 due to the principal and delayed payment. Accordingly, the Plaintiff paid KRW 547,017,869 in total on behalf of the Industrial Bank of Korea, etc., as indicated in the following table, on behalf of the Defendant Company, and paid KRW 1,036,760 among them.
