Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall apply for land partition to the competent authority with a false cadastral authority.

Nevertheless, on October 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) did not obtain the land partition consent from C and seven other owners, the owner of the land located in Chuncheon-si B, and (b) applied for the land partition in the land use application column with the seal affixed by the owners of the above land while being kept in custody in advance; and (c) filed a false application for the land partition in the Chuncheon-si cadastral book and the land partition.
