Around September 2016, the Defendant purchased Dwiter's car equivalent to KRW 8 million in the market price under the name of ASEAN and actually possessed and operated the Defendant. Around May 10, 2018, the Defendant purchased F Twiter's vehicle in the name of ASEAN, and obtained business income by entering Ha (H) located in Haan-Gun G in Haan-gun-gun, and received the Defendant's income, property, ability to work, employment status, etc. for the above period without reporting it to the Maritime Transportation Daegu-gu Office, which is a livelihood security agency, and received the Defendant's basic living benefits, such as the payment of KRW 370,000 from July 20, 2015 to January 20, 20207.
