A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a recipient of basic living benefits who was recognized as eligible for the first basic living benefits on December 3, 2008.

A beneficiary shall report to the competent assistance agency without delay any changes in the living conditions of the beneficiary, the composition of the household, or the terms and conditions of the lease, or the matters related to a person under duty to support, such as whether the beneficiary has a person under duty to support or not, and his/her ability to support, matters concerning the income and property of the beneficiary or a person under duty to support, the ability to work, employment status, desire for self-support,

Around July 2014, the Defendant maintained a de facto marital relationship with C and D in Gyeyang-si from the above date and time to November 2018, 2018, and even from December 2017 to January 2018, the Defendant did not report to the competent assistance agency matters related to the responsible provider, such as the existence of the responsible provider and the ability to support, even though he/she had worked at the G soup room located in Yangsan-si F in the number of weeks, Saturdays, and Sundays 12 days from December 2017 to January 2018, with the amount of 7-80,000 won per day after receiving an income equivalent to 8.440,00 won per day.

Around July 18, 2014, the Defendant illegally received total of KRW 18,875,660 as stated in the crime list from the above date to November 20, 2018, including the supply of and demand for livelihood benefits of KRW 267,40 and housing benefits of KRW 75,560.
