1. The defendant shall pay 3,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from October 9, 2015 to the day of full payment.

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit is amended and promulgated as of September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case among damages for delay claimed by the Plaintiff until the day of full payment, and the part exceeding the above recognition scope is dismissed.
