1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 46,607,044 and the interest rate thereon from October 30, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Proceedings is amended and promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment, and the part exceeding the above recognition scope is dismissed.
