1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff was appointed as a police officer on October 11, 1997 (police officer) and served in the Seoul Sejong Cancer Police Station from May 23, 2008 to February 18, 2014.

On March 1, 2011, the Plaintiff was promoted to a slope and was in the same rank until February 18, 2014.

B. On February 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) deemed that the Plaintiff violated Articles 56 and 63 of the State Public Officials Act on the grounds of the following grounds for disciplinary action following the resolution of the General Disciplinary Committee by a police officer of the Seoul Local Police Agency on February 18, 2014; and (b) was punished by the dismissal of the Plaintiff pursuant to Article 78(1)1, 2, and 3 of the State Public Officials Act (hereinafter “instant dismissal disposition”).

The Plaintiff was aware of the fact that he had been working as a senior A police station B district management personnel from April 2004, while working as a senior Kim Jongcheon-gu management personnel for the D district management personnel, and that he/she had an agreement with the plaintiff while working as a senior E in the D district group from July 19, 2006 to his/her senior E, and that he/she had an agreement with the plaintiff while working as a senior E in the D district group, he/she did not receive consolation money agreed by the plaintiff while he/she started to serve as a senior E, but he/she did not receive consolation money agreed upon by the plaintiff while the former wife was serving as a senior E in the divorce lawsuit, and the plaintiff was subject to each disciplinary measure on the ground that he/she had an injury to 1,000 on his/her own, and that he/she had an injury to 1,000 from his/her first place of residence to 2,000 on the ground that he/she had been living with the plaintiff on the 1,2007th day of his/her life.
