A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 6, 2019, the Defendant violated the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) opened a door of “C” in front of the “C,” located in Jinju-si, Jinju-si, and cut off by holding a door of the victim D’s Espke car parked therein, which is not parked there, and then, in a gallon case where the victim’s market value is equivalent to one million won owned by the head of the group, one gallon, one resident registration certificate, one gallon card, one galian card, and one gallon hospital card.

2. On March 6, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) boarded a taxi driven by the victim F on the front of Jinju-si alternative road; (b) set off the front of “H” located in G in the same city; and (c) presented the victim as if there was a legitimate right to use the Defendant’s card in the name of D that stolen as referred to in paragraph (1), and had the victim pay 4,600 won of the taxi fee; (d) on the same day, around 06:48, the Defendant boarded the said taxi on the front of the “H” road located in I, and had the victim pay 4,300 won of the taxi fee by the same method.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim more than twice, acquired a total of 8,900 won property interest and used a stolen credit card.

The defendant of "2019 Highest 732" shall be the defendant on June 9, 2019.
