1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 30% per annum from May 20, 2013 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;

3. The Plaintiff seeking payment of interest and delay damages calculated at the rate of 36% per annum (3% per annum) from May 20, 2013 to the date of full payment. However, Article 2(1) of the former Interest Limitation Act (Amended by Act No. 12227, Jan. 14, 2014) and Article 2(1) of the former Interest Limitation Act (Amended by Presidential Decree No. 25376, Jun. 11, 2014) of the former Interest Limitation Act are null and void. Thus, a claim exceeding 30% per annum is without merit.
