Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On September 4, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.224% among blood transfusions on 07:55, and led the Defendant to drive the said car at a speed of 0.24% at a speed below the speed of time, one lane out of the three-lanes at the speed of speed, from a terminal room which allows the roads in front of a water-free stop stop in the city of port to the breath of speed.

In this case, a person engaged in driving service of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering direction and brakes well, and to prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent in neglecting this, and the part of the Defendant’s vehicle was left behind the right-hand part of the Defendant’s vehicle C (Woo, 45 years old) drive D, following the left-hand part of the Cubed vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to the above occupational negligence, such as salt dynasium in need of treatment for about two weeks.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driving a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 2 km from the front of the indoor gymnae bus stop to the front road of the passenger stop in 1278, at the time of the day specified in paragraph (1), in the direction of approximately 0.224% of alcohol content in blood at the direction of about 76,00 in the radius of the wife population at the time of the day specified in paragraph (1).
