Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Defendant A] 2018 Highest 2034 [Defendant A]
1. Around 05:00 on April 27, 2018, the Defendant was boarding the back seat of the Gyeonghee University located Dongdaemun-gu Seoul and the F taxi driven by the victim E (62 years old).
