A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 01:05, up to 01:05, as a one-time set of a reed field for rainwater pumps located in front of the rainwater pumps 143, the Defendant: (b) attached a fire to the dust dust of the Jin-gu, Seoul; (c) made the Defendant move to another reed to a total of 240 square meters of the reed field; and (d) caused danger to the public by having the Defendant spread to a total of 240 square meters of the reed field.

On February 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 01:05, the Defendant: (b) had a 8-lane 25-gil-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, 25-Woo-ro, the last position of the Defendant in the position of the position of the position of the Defendant, attached a fire to the Jin-do and Jin-gu, Jin-gu, Jin-do, which had been previously possessed in the dry field, at the same time, assigned to another dry field; and (c) had it transferred to the total size of 50 square meters of the dry field, thereby causing public danger.

5. Around 01:20 on the same day as the above paragraph 3, the Defendant: (a) attached a fire to a reedle-ro 26-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, 26-ro, 161-17, and had it moved to another reed, thereby causing public danger, by allowing it to spread to an area of a reeded dry field.
