Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Administrator of the Cultural Heritage Administration shall obtain permission to engage in any act that may affect the preservation of State-designated cultural heritage.

Nevertheless, around September 2015, the Defendant installed a structure of 60.2 square meters of a total area without permission from the Administrator of the Cultural Heritage Administration within a zone 1 for the change of cultural heritage phenomenon located in the State-designated cultural heritage D (private E) located within the “C” carpet site located in Incheon Reinforcement-gun B.
