Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in agriculture.

Even if a person does not change the current state of State-designated cultural heritage without permission from the Administrator of the Cultural Heritage Administration, the Defendant, without permission from the Administrator of the Cultural Heritage Administration, performed an act of changing the current state of State-designated cultural heritage by cutting and banking the cultural heritage at a height of 10,374 square meters in total area of 10,374 square meters outside Pyeongtaek-si and four lots, which are State-designated cultural heritage zones, from January 12, 2014 to January 16, 2014.
