Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On May 16, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on January 1 and June, 201, due to rape, etc. in the branch court of the Changwon District Court, and on October 11, 2017, the Defendant is still under the suspended sentence.
