1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s construction work (the Plaintiff’s construction work was established by combining the Korea Land and Housing Corporation and the Korea Land and Housing Corporation under the Korea Land and Housing Corporation Act on October 1, 2009), such as the housing site development project, was designated as the project implementer of the housing site development district (the instant project district was modified to the housing site development district of this case on August 5, 2008) and the designation, alteration and alteration of the housing site development district and the housing site development plan on August 5, 2008, under the former Housing Site Development Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 8384, Apr. 20, 2006).

The Defendant owned the land indicated in the attached list in the instant project zone.

Article 22 of the Civil Property Management Register of the Defendant was registered as the administrative property and property for public use.

B. (1) The Korea Cadastral Survey Corporation around April 2010, when conducting a survey and cadastral survey of the current status of land in the instant project process.
