A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for life.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment by the Gwangju High Court for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and the Protection of Victims, etc. (special rapes, etc.), and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 27, 2001. On July 16, 2009, the Gwangju High Court sentenced ten years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and the Protection of Victims, etc. (special robberys, etc.) and became final and conclusive on October 15, 2009.

After taking advantage of inn and in order to take money and valuables from the multiple workers who emitted from delivery in the neighborhood, the Defendant saw that he/she kills his/her employee, and prepared a yellow tape and a knife, a deadly weapon, in advance.

On April 24, 2000, at around 20:35, the Defendant laid off the 305 entrance room located on the third floor of the member C building in Ansan-si, the Defendant: (a) placed on the second floor of the same building; (b) placed the phone on the 22:20-20th of the same day; (c) placed on the 2st of the two parts of the telephone, ordered the delivery; and (d) set the victim F (n, 20 years of age) from the delivery; and (e) returned the victim as a whole.

At around 23:10 on the same day, the Defendant again issued an order that “The Defendant 10,000 won 10,5,5,000 won 4, 1,000 won 10,00 won 10,000 won 10,00 won 1,00 won 1,00 won 1,00 won 20 won 1,00 won 1,00 won 20 won 1,00 won 1,00 won 1,00 won 20 won as delivery employees,” and the Defendant 1, as the Defendant 305 marbling in the above 305 room.

At around 23:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim, who was prepared in advance, from the time of delivering to the above 305 room; (b) threatened the victim with a deadly weapon; (c) prevented the victim from suffering by using yellow tapes; and (d) bound the victim’s descendants; (c) forcibly 1.30,00 won including cash in preparation and preparation as above; and (d) knife the victim’s knife with two parts above the left side of the knife and knife the knife of the victim’s knife and the knife of the knife.
