A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete 120 hours of sexual assault treatment programs.

Punishment of the crime

Around October 26, 2013, the Defendant proposed sexual traffic to the victim D (the 30-year old-old) of the said multiple employees (the 30-year-old) who came to know in the course of delivering coffees to the Dacdong located in the Dacdong-gun, the Defendant: (a) proposed sexual traffic several times to the victim; (b) but, in other words, had the victim continued to refuse the contact; (c) had the victim avoided contact with the Defendant; (d) prepared the kitchen, the kitchen and the tree class, the kitchen and the tree class; and (d) had another person’s cell phone to have the victim deliver coffees to another person’s domicile; and (d) had the victim induced the victim by making a coffee delivery to another person’s domicile.

Around January 15, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively, deadly weapons, etc.) urged the victim to take advantage of the mobile phone of F, his/her his/her his/her father, at the Jinsung-gun E apartment, Jinnam-gun, to deliver it to the victim with the above apartment 501, while ordering coffee and beer, and then waiting for the victim before the above five-story apartment. The Defendant, as the above apartment 404, threatened the victim with the kitchen knife (30cm in total length, 19cm in length) which is a deadly weapon prepared in advance, and sent a text message to the male employee (one man) who drives a vehicle for delivery of coffee at the above multi-section 404, with the victim’s face knife, and with the victim’s face knife by drinking continuously several times, and let the victim receive the victim’s face knife in advance, and then let the victim send the text message “I am knife” to the victim.
