Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 29, 2018, the Defendant received a victim protection order from the Seoul Family Court to the effect that “the accused would not transmit codes, text, sound, or images to the victim’s mobile phone or e-mail address until the victim’s decision on the victim protection order is made by wire, wireless, optical, or other electronic means.” On November 11, 2019, the Defendant received a decision to extend the prohibition of access to telecommunications made until November 18, 2019 by the same court.”
