The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
The Defendant interfered with the traffic by installing a steel 6m 34mm in length and 1.8m m gate around April 1, 2013, on the grounds that the Defendant was the deceased Defendant-friendly C, and that F, a residential house D and E and F, which were the Defendant-owned land, operated a vehicle through a road installed in Jung-Eup, the land owned by the Defendant, and that F, a land owned by the Defendant, was not driving the vehicle.
Judgment
Review of the records of this case reveals the following facts.
The road of this case, as indicated in the facts charged, is located in G, H, I, etc. at Jung-Eup, the land owned by the defendant, and the network C (the omission of the defendant) that owned the adjoining D land immediately adjacent to the land owned by the defendant installed a door at the entrance of the road of this case for about ten years prior to the ten years.
Then, around May 2012, J was awarded a successful bid for the said D land, etc., which was owned by the deceased C, and F, his spouse, removed the instant iron bars around September 2012, and thereafter, the Defendant again installed iron bars as stated in the facts charged.
Upon the completion of the iron of this case, a village joint farming machinery storage warehouse (current ownership has been transferred to the defendant), D et al. owned by J, K's land (including where a cemetery is installed and trees are planted), the defendant's land is located, and any person who intends to visit the above three places shall pass through the road of this case.
(A) In addition to the road of this case, it is difficult to use the road of this case to visit the above three places by using other paths. The above agricultural machinery storage facility of this case was located in around 1994, but since the late 1990s, there was no village residents who kept the agricultural machinery in the above warehouse and therefore there was no person using the road of this case to store the agricultural machinery in the above warehouse.
The steel text of this case contains a small door to which people can face, and at all times opened, L who is a village resident and the mother of the defendant are keeping the keys to the steel, and if necessary, a large door.
