1. The defendant shall pay 820,400,000 won to the plaintiff and 615,300,000 won among them, from June 10, 1998 to 205,100 won.

1. The Plaintiff is a company whose primary objective is the construction design and construction responsibility supervision business, and the Defendant is a company whose primary purpose is the construction business for performing land trust.

B. (1) On December 4, 1995, the Plaintiff entered into a design service contract with the Defendant as a project owner, as follows.

Design name: The site location of the new construction site of the main complex building in Busan City, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan City: 952-1, 2, 3, 9, 953-3 site area: 8,125 square meters (2,457.81 square meters): The main complex building structure: the scale of the steel-framed concrete structure of the main complex building (house and sales facility): the five floors below the ground, the 26th floor area of the 4,489.74 square meters (1,358.14 square meters) with the total floor area of 84,786.86 square meters (20,648.02 square meters): the total floor area of 2,051,000,000 won and the defendant concluded the above design service contract, and the plaintiff may request the defendant to supplement the design documents after the delivery of the insignificant design or the design documents, and the defendant shall, in such case, comply with the agreement or amendment of the above design plan with the plaintiff.

C. The Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a design service modification contract and the first design modification contract on September 16, 1996. The design service cost is a total of KRW 2,051,00,000,000 as before, and the time for payment was agreed as follows.

Contract deposit (30%) 615,300,000 won: The first intermediate payment (10%) 205,100,000 won: the second intermediate payment (10%) 205,100,000 won after the receipt of the construction deliberation: the second intermediate payment (10%) 205,100,000 won after the receipt of the construction deliberation: the third intermediate payment (10%) 205,10,000 won after obtaining the construction permission: the second intermediate payment (30%) 615,30,000 won after obtaining the construction permission: the remainder (10%) 205,10,000,000 won after obtaining the approval of the delivery design: (2) at the time of receipt of the completion inspection, the defendant pursuant to the said design agreement.
