1. The Defendants, within the scope of the property inherited from the network C, KRW 30,011,250, respectively, to the Plaintiff as well as the Plaintiff on January 2, 2010.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is an executing agent who entered into an overall implementation contract with the Plaintiff to acquire the lease right of “F” commercial buildings newly constructed on the land of 4,144.3 square meters in Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.

B. On January 16, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a lease contract with respect to the first unit of the above fourth floor (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the network C as follows.

Article 1 (Indication of Rental Real Estate) (1) Real estate subject to lease shall be as follows:
