A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:50 on May 1, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant’s mother and her face while taking a bath to the above E on the ground that the police officer, who was called for after receiving 112 report, demands the Defendant to return home to the Defendant, and the Defendant’s police officer, who was called for in the territory of the Youngdo Police Station D Zone D, called for the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning 112 reporting handling duties.

However, considering the fact that the defendant is against the defendant, there is no criminal record exceeding the same kind and fine, and other circumstances, such as the age, character and conduct, environment, motive and circumstances of the crime, and circumstances after the crime, the punishment as the order shall be determined.
