A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 8 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Cheongju District Court on November 14, 2013, and on October 8, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the above court and nine times of the same power.
