At around 20:10 on October 5, 2013, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by saying “F,” on the ground that F, the wife of the victim E, “I am fright,” and the victim said F, “I am fright,” and the victim said F, “I am fright, and son son son son son son son son son son son son.”
