Defendants are not guilty. The summary of this judgment is publicly announced.

1. Defendant A and the victim C (n, 62 years of age, death on July 8, 2018) are legally married couple who completed the marriage report on September 8, 1978, and Defendant B are children of Defendant A and the victim.

B At around 10:40 on May 8, 2014, the Defendant expressed that the victim called “A” at the Defendant’s house located in Doo-si D, the victim expressed to “A” the victim’s hand that “I will come back with the victim’s her hand to the ward.” On the other hand, the Defendant saw the victim’s hand, who is the victim’s own her own neck, led the victim to the victim’s living room.

As a result, the defendant suffered injury to the lineal ascendant's lineal ascendant's victim, such as the Rail on the side side of the fourth balance of the left-hand side in need of medical treatment for about four weeks.

B. ① Direct evidence supporting the Defendants’ injury inflicted upon the victim as stated in the facts charged lies in the victim’s statement and in F, G, and H’s statement specializing in such statement.
