Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On July 12, 2011, Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for habitual gambling at the Suwon District Court’s Eunpyeong Housing Site Board, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Suwon Detention House on November 15, 201.
【Criminal Facts】
The Defendants, using the fact that the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “LH Corporation”) registered as a relative of a grave located in the project area in connection with the development of the land for a ancient-line international city in Pyeongtaek-si, and obtained permission for relocation, were able to receive compensation from the LH Corporation, and found another person’s grave and bury the remains thereof and claim a false compensation.
1. Defendant A
(a) On May 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) removed the remains of each of the above graves using sckes to remove them without any authority of management and disposal; (b) removed the remains in the said grave; and (c) buried them in the Yacheon Memorial Park located in the Yae-gu, Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-si; and (d) buried the remains in the said grave at a scke site; and (b) buried the remains in the scke site of the deceased’s graves located in Pyeongtaek-si and H on June 21, 2013; and (b) buried the remains in the scke site of the deceased’s graves located in the name and unclaimed body in Pyeongtaek-si (340, 440) without any authority of management and disposal; and (d) excavated the remains in the scke in the said grave; and (d) excavated the remains in the said scke site of the deceased in the said scke site.
B. The Defendant violated the Act on the Acquisition of Land, etc. for Public Works and the Compensation Therefor (1) around May 15, 2013, at the victim LH Corporation office located in Pyeongtaek-si, Sejong-si, and the Defendant completed the said contract.
