1. The Plaintiff:
A. The Seoul Housing Corporation shall set forth KRW 368,634,717 as well as KRW 364,836,483 among them.

The plaintiff is an autonomous management body composed of the occupants to manage the 323 Dong, 324 Dong, 328 Dong, 329 Dong, 330 Dong, 331 Dong, 333 Dong, 334 Dong, 335 Dong, 243 Dong and its incidental facilities, which are located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jin-ro 2-ro 60 (hereinafter referred to as "the apartment of this case").
Defendant Housing Urban Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”) changed its name from September 1, 2016 to “Seoul Housing Urban Corporation”; hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”) is a project proprietor who constructed and sold the apartment of this case, regardless of whether before or after the change was made, and the Intervenor joining the Defendants and Dongbu Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dongbu Construction”) are new construction projects for the apartment of this case by being awarded a contract for the instant apartment construction from Defendant Corporation.
Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd”) guarantees the Defendants’ auxiliary Intervenor and the Defendant’s auxiliary construction’s duty of repairing the defects of the instant apartment.
On November 16, 2010, the defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. concluded the warranty insurance contract for the apartment of this case between the defendant's assistant intervenor and the defendant's assistant intervenor, and concluded the warranty insurance contract for the apartment of this case as shown below, and issued the warranty bond.
